- Technical Error: If there is a major technical failure on our end that prevents us from fulfilling your order.
- Duplicate Charges: In the event of a billing error or an accidental duplicate payment, we will provide a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Service Already Completed: Once the requested reviews or SEO work has been successfully delivered and verified, no refund can be issued.
- Platform Policy Changes: GBoost is not responsible for any changes in Google’s policies or algorithms that may affect your business profile rankings after the service has been delivered.
- Client Negligence: If your business profile is suspended or removed due to your own policy violations, we cannot provide a refund.
- Change of Mind: Once a custom project or order has been started, we cannot offer refunds based on a change of mind.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Review: Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
